    @SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Never got a message. My daughter watched it on Monday when we downloaded it and it was still on the box yesterday as she started to re watch it in the morning. I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

    @J1bru @completelyrekt @SkyUK Picture quality, yes Sony is top but the ‘android OS’ on Sony is dreadful. Netflix, Prime and YouTube ok but the rest keep crashing (bbc, itv, ch4, etc…) Friend of mine got same issue. Most of the time I use the AppleTV 4K for anything other than the 3 mentioned above

    @SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work

    @PeterWellDone @SkyUK Don't do it if you have disconnection issues they will blame it on how many devices you have connected but it's funny as I went to BT and got a rock solid 80mbps connection with same amount of devices connected and its not disconnected once

    @SkyUK I'm not sure Sky have got this right, the TV is bulky and lower spec to many existing TVs. Can it run 3rd party apps such as @plex like a normal smart TV? Why can't Q boxes be used without a dish like in Germany? And the name is awful, Google Glass anyone!
