@SkyHelpTeam Appreciate difficulties. Would be nice to get update even if update is there's no update. ETA at fix would be better but, if there's no ETA, knowing you're working on a fix would give reassurance to those supposed to be working from home but currently unable to do anything. 😓

So, I reordered Sky TV & broadband, it changed over today but still no sky router....phoned up to unleash hell today but spoke to.the sweetest sounding Scottish lady called Audrey who resolved my issue painlessly. I'm a sucker for a Scottish accent. @SkyUK

Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

@SkyHelpTeam i've tried changing the channels to all of them, still the same issue. I'm getting this issue on everything, WiFi and Ethernet. The connection just drops from 20-30mbps to 5mbps-2mbps when on the sky site it says 79mbps.

@SkyHelpTeam my Internet has been intermittent and slow for the past few weeks. I've been with Sky Broadband for the majority of the past 10 years and never had problems with it. If it can't be resolved I'll have to switch supplier, please advise what the issue is?

@SkyHelpTeam Wow! 😲 Almost 3 days to get a reply & was only noticed from advising a friend about your poor customer service. Was aware of charge & was querying with your CS rep when she was rude & hung up mid sentence! Paying £65 is NOT my only option as I discovered. No help at all Sky 🤬
