    Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

    @zacbusner @SkyHelpTeam What do you propose we do? Everytime I try contacting them they say the problem is the setup and they need to send an engineer. I've been going in circles with them for a f**king year. The engineer fixes it for a while and then the **** happens again
