@SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

@SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

@PlanetGridders @SkyHelpTeam I'll back him up on that one. Over 2 hours on the phone with Sky yesterday. Had to pay extra for broadband boost to seemingly fix the problem which feels a bit wrong...

@SkyHelpTeam As if I hadn't already gone through the "help" section... And I should book an engineer after one was already here for setup less than 2 months ago? If there was an issue on my side, he would have found it. The issue is your infrastructure, or the lack thereof.

@SkyHelpTeam We were due to switch to fibre, but it needs dig work. Our copper service was terminated, incorrectly, as no ONT has been fitted to the house. Job was not completed/reported properly - we loose out, paying for a service we cannot use. Glass and BB 👎
