@buttsy1972 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. As does a friend of mine with an LG TV. Also have problem when the sky box doesn't come up on screen if use sky remote. Need to use LG remote first

@SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyUK so fed up with my rubbish internet connection. Unless I switch my phone to airplane mode, it’s so bad I go through my generous mobile data before the month is out ! Customer service calls wear me down, I just can’t wait to be out of contract !

@SkyHelpTeam We are struggling to download on demand programmes. We have 300mbps internet and doing speed tests it’s never below 50mbps download. We can watch UltraHD content on Netflix/Amazon through the Sky box, but HD on demand content from Sky downloads slower than it plays.
