    @SkyUK having been a customer for years,I would expect a better service. I have been without internet for 3 days, told it would be fixed within 3 then 5 days. They repaired a line outside but it’s still not working!!. Now have to wait until next week for an engineer to come!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Plus the app still routinely loses connection to the sky box whenever you leave the app has to rescan and connect. This issue has been ongoing for nearly 2 years now. I did have an open support case but I think it got closed. I assumed you’d given up on this app.

    .@SkyHelpTeam @skyuk seeing as you never even updated the Sky+ app for the iPhone 6/7/8 screen and it has had connectivity issues for nearly 2 years I’m guessing it’s wishful thinking that the app will ever support the X/XS? Is the app dead?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have yes, and re started my phone. It happens every time I try and sign in. Says i'm not connected to a network even though I have internet and wifi all working ok. I always have to re set my password to gain access (password is correct and saved by apple)

    @SkyUK I've have no dial tone on my landline all morning. Tried contacting you on a 25ppm number, and been told that there's a 10 minute wait. A relative called on my behalf, and they were told to use the live chat option, but Sky do not offer this service any more.
