    @msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to sign up to sky and switch from BT, via Quidco. Get to the end of the journey and it fails and says ‘we’re having technical difficulties’ - what’s the problem. Tried 4 times now and same error at end of journey after entering back details.
