    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @SkyHelpTeam do you think it’s acceptable to keep a 89 year waiting on agreed install date and time and don’t turn up! Log in for my dad and change to 20th now ! When 10mins ago 5-6pm !!! Great customer service Not !!!

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    @SkySports I’m not surprised. Kane should have been sent off and Jota should have been awarded a penalty. In all honesty I don’t care who wins the Premiership and so don’t have an agenda, but such poor refereeing can’t go unnoticed.

    @SkySports About 2 out of 10. Now with the use of VAR they don’t make decisions and wait for VAR to tell them they made a mistake. I realise VAR is there to help but even they don’t overturn decisions anymore because they don’t want to make the referees look stupid. Awful. Getting worse !

    @SkySports About a 3, there needs to be accountability. When 6 officials with unlimited replays and multiple camera angles can still make awful decisions week after week something has to give.
