    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam had Sky glass a couple of months now and have noticed minor and major lip sync, pretty much all the time, it's really annoying and no, I haven't got any sort of connected speaker system. How do I fix this.

    @SkyHelpTeam can't watch ITV hub at all now, even a power off and on doesn't fix it. The adverts play then I just get a black screen.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seemed to help initially but this evening, while watching live TV, The One Show, different segments of the show had different lip sync delays. We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi no I’ve tested everything and reset multiple times but now 2 days with no WiFi. This is obviously a potential issue for work etc - is an engineer the best option?

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my mum in Basildon (SS14) recently had to have openreach out because her internet packed up. Now barely a week later it’s gone again, is there an issue in that area please??

    @SkyHelpTeam Are there any known issues in the Aberdeen area today. I have done the full factory reset on the Sky Hub and ONT. 3 green lights on the Hub and ONT but no response to ping or DNS lookup on the Hub (I do have a call raised just in case)
