@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyHelpTeam This is silly my broadband speed is really slow measured at 2mbs but then on your checker it says 63mbs, which it clearly isn’t!! Then on you guarantee it says I have to use your checker to claim guarantee. Can you please check if you are restricting my speed pls
