    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @SkyUK Don’t bother with Sky Glass - loads less channels, no +1 and not user friendly at all- wish we’d never got it. Stick with your old sky package it’s a far better option than this

    @SkyHelpTeam The accessibility dept confirmed last week they are the ONLY dept that can make the required change and mobile confirm they cannot make the change. Currently speaking to cancellations as Sky are in breach of their contract. Nice way to treat a diamond VIP.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Internet connection all morning then intermittent.keep doing the so called checks and each time it says nothing is wrong it's all working fine. I'm sitting here with no lights on and your so called checker says it's all working OK and you have no issues your side?

    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to eventually get this sorted via Facebook messenger. Service over the phone is shocking… either the phone line cuts off, you spend an incredibly long time on hold, and when you speak to someone they are not the correct person to resolve your problem 🤬😡
