@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

@michael_19Rec @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yet another issue with #skyglass . Pause live tv for 4 or 10 mins then start playing. After a while the replay jumps forward to the live broadcast. Can't rewind or restart so the pause is useless. Endless problems with this product.

@Rod_Studd Absolutely agree 100% Rod. For me the crowds at the worlds this year have been the worst I’ve ever seen / heard. But what is the solution? What can @SkySports or @OfficialPDC do to police it? It’s a toughie
