@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had problems with Sky’s broadband since we took it out, never gets resolved unfortunately they just try to sell you a “better connection”, as I stated at the time why would I pay more to guarantee a better connection, when you can’t give me the one you guarantee me now?

If I don't turn up for an appointment I'd be charged. @SkyUK engineer fails to turn up, no apology call, I call them and they rearrange for 3 weeks time and that's acceptable? Rubbish customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam Done the self already but it’s the hardware that’s the issue and a known one too by sky. The subscription I originally signed up to skyQ at the start only my building made it so i had to downgrade to sky+ instead. So when I move I want what I originally signed up to to start with
