When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Can someone explain why my 81 year old father has 33 minutes to wait for a sky (BT?) phone engineer to come and fix his landline. Slot was 1-6 and no one has come. We have a care line installed and it obviously isn’t working presently.
