Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. In there you should see usage, alternatively go to piggybank and transfer data to sim and you’ll see balance in there. Sky got rid of most of customer service and the entirety of sales so I doubt you’ll get a response on X.
