    @SkyHelpTeam Thus morning we upgraded to sky q. The 2 mini boxes are not working and your customer service number hangs up if you are not vulnerable. Disgusting service as you are quick enough to take my money.

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Every company suffers with complaints regardless what people say, you can't make everyone happy unfortunately, been with vm since 2006 and only had a small issue with line capacity, stuck with it and they fixed it in the time stated and didn't have to pay for bb in that period

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Just hope nothing goes wrong because customer service from virgin is diabolical. And god forbid you want to change provider at end of contract you will need to book a month of for calls to get them to acknowledge the request let alone honour it

    @chege_kinuthia @SkySports I disagree. A 15 year old knows not to drink bleach. If a 15 year old drank bleach would you put it down to immaturity? Young people are being given an excuse. It's wrong.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Go back to Sky as quick as you can. Virgin media is the worst run company I’ve ever dealt with. Beyond useless. I Wish you the best of luck if you ever have to phone them up with a fault. More painful than childbirth (I imagine)

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Same issue here. Been with Sky for 3 years. Connection constantly drops out. Reported it a dozen times and although they could send me a signal booster to solve issue, they won’t. I just get sent around the houses whenever I speak with them and or told “our department can’t help”

    @SkyUK well I made a huge mistake, been giving the Q box a second chance as it keeps loosing connection with your own broadband, and I have just moved from @VodafoneUK mobile to you because of shared data, well first you need a signal worth more than 3G to actually use the data.
