Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam Yes test connection says there is an issue, but then service status shows no issues. There's no way to get any actual update on if / when it might be fixed. Seems like the only option is to sit tight and hope for the best which is infuriating and really poor service.

I'm still waiting to cancel @SkyUK subscription TV, - Subscription TV is not the same as it once was, And if anything I'm stuck on itv most of the time. #ThisMorning However chance are by cancellation of that my fibre broadband they'll probably whack right up!
