@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks but as per my last message I've already tried doing all that and when trying to load the app get the error screen that has been posted by others. Given the number of people who seem to have developed the problem at the same time it suggests a problem with the app.
