@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

How the hell do you get to speak to an actual human at @SkyHelpTeam ?!?! Automated calls telling you, you HAVE to go online. Yet they’re useless and tell me “sorry I couldn’t help today” ridiculous!!!! Money robbing service or what!!!!
