    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    Sorry got to leave @SkyUK and switch to virgin. These last couple weeks of homeschooling and internet cutting out during lessons is unacceptable when you pay for a service. Having to use mobile data to connect to laptop when paying for wifi 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam hello wondering if you can help as I have been on hold on the telephone to your helpline for a while. My box says that I have no satelite signal. I have checked the connections and tried restarting the box a few times. Any way you can help?
