I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

Clearly a Sky issue this week.

My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

Can we get assurances that we in the US will continue to get SkySports as an option for watching the races on AppleTV's streaming service? Maybe a promise that they will stream that content in 4K?
