It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,
