@SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@DanBonnington @SkyHelpTeam Not got anywhere myself with this but have semi ruled out a Wi-Fi issue as Netflix and Prime have no such pixelation. Was told to change all boxes to Eco mode on setup menu (so they go in a “deep sleep” at night). Apparently that helps to keep them running smooth so worth a try.
