@SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyHelpTeam Yea that doesn’t work when using superior equipment with greater security and feature set such as Ubiquiti Edge Router 12. As the issue was resolved without reboot of equipment was not an issue on my end so most likely an exchange issue. Your hubs do not support VLANs so yea...

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband went off last night and is not back yet. I've booked an engineer for tomorrow but looking at a local Facebook group it seems a lot of people are having issues in my area but your website says there are no issues here. I'm in Glasgow G52.
