    @SkyUK hi, Good Morning. I need some help - I’m moving home and I need Sky broadband at the new place. I’m not a Sky customer currently. I used to be one many years back. When I try registering the portal says I’m already a customer and I’m promoted for Sky I’d which I don’t have

    @SkySports Whatever the true reason I would think a pretty large proportion of the population will see completing the season as only being about money. If they go ahead it may solve a short term cash problem but their reputation will be f*#ked. Cancel the season now!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had hoped to have my problem sorted yesterday but no still waiting for a call from sky. New sky q in place but no use 😡 very poor service.

    Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thus morning we upgraded to sky q. The 2 mini boxes are not working and your customer service number hangs up if you are not vulnerable. Disgusting service as you are quick enough to take my money.

    @SkyHelpTeam every day the sky has a problem with signal even when there is slightest bit of wind and rain .. sort it out sky .. you charge enough !!!

    @JeffStelling Soccer Saturday will never be the same if u go and neither will Saturday afternoons when I'm not at Kenilworth Road. I'd switch to BT sport and seriously consider my @SkySports subscription

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @SkyHelpTeam we moved into our new build in March and have no phone line we have tried contacting sky many times but still no luck. I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam I rebooted the router and it seems to have sorted it for now. There was an issue a short time ago where the Internet was cutting out when the landline rung but that was sorted. I will monitor it for now and see how things go, if it reoccurs i will get in touch via the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam 10th non show today, guaranteed by Sky yesterday it would be sorted, booked not scheduled! No calls from Sky, rang this evening, can’t tell me anything, a complaint was put in on the 13th of January, emailed complaints to Sky complaints email, copied in directors....disgusting!

    @SkyHelpTeam I upgraded from essential broadband to fibre. It is due to go live tomorrow. Is it normal for my broadband to be extremely slow now? Like so slow its showing up a warning on the run tests screen and telling me im at 7mb/s download speed?
