@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@SkyHelpTeam so booked for broadband install yesterday 8-1.. still no broadband! Rang yesterday told @WeAreOpenreach at the cabinet to solve it. No resolution, no update, no broadband. Absolutely appalling service. Due at work (from home - requiring broadband!) at 9am!!!

@SkyUK The rewards program needs a refresh. I should be able to swap as much data as I want. Whatever happened to using spare data for money off your Sky bill. Come on Sky! The idea is fantastic but it’s letting us down! 🙁

You're right though - it shouldn't need documentary to end funding for horse racing. It should never have been allowed in 1st place - set up by TDs with conflict of interest.
