    @SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

    @SkyUK I recorded crime and punishment on cbs reality last night when I watched it this morning the recording ended before the programme ended i tried to see if I could down load it to watch the end and could not find cbs reality on catch up or on demand very annoying.

    I still cannot understand why @F1 is allowing @appletv to destroy their product in the USA. All year the gray overlay thing has been an issue and it has still not been fixed, the commentating and pre-race is unwatchable... I have watched one race this season and it was on @SkySports via the AppleTV app, but they don't show the Sky rebroadcast on demand. I missed the race this morning and have no way to watch it. This also impacts my buying decisions going forward with Apple. As if Tim Cook and his merry band of undesirables hasn't already driven the company to a shameful place, this is just another reminder of why my trust in them is gone. There is no reason for any of this. It is a matter of twisted priorities and a lack of basic reasoning skills on their end. It won't change, people will still buy this garbage so why would they care. But for me, I am done.

    In this ongoing test match at Lord’s, there has been a wicket every 25 ***** which is the third best in the history of the game in England. The previous best strike rates came in 1888 and 1907. So This pitch has the best strike rate in about 120 years in England. Stat courtesy @StuartBroad8 on SkySports. This pitch deserves criticism. More than it has already received. If not for rain and bad light the game could have been over in two days. #ENGvNZ

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to arrange repair of my IPhone 16, 14 months old. Over 2 weeks later the promised repair pack has still not arrived and nothing has been done. Unacceptable level of service. Can someone take ownership and resolve this
