Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Although they have checked everything & have told me there’s nothing wrong, although that can’t be right as everything else works in my PlayStation. Good morning @SkyHelpTeam I have just received my sky modem but our service isn't being activated for a few more days (18th I believe). Is there any way this could be activated sooner as where we are now has terrible mobile signal and the kids are driving me mad already!!! :) Thx
