    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @SkyUK 17 years loyalty yet tonight was so painful. Trying to renew our contract, 1 hour and 33 minutes later on the phone. Three different people. And then to give us an equivalent “new customer” price you charged us £30 admin fee! Seriously disappointing. #notsoVIP
