@SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

@SkyHelpTeam since December my bill has risen by £21 a month! Been charged for sky sports each month 😞 want to speak to someone and queues on phone are huge. Not good! Can’t even cancel subs online. #help

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

@SkyHelpTeam This? Lacks detail. You have a twenty thousand word TOS agreement with detail which no customer ever really reads. Turn the tables and who lets the customer down? OFCOM. Customer= lose/lose. So no, compensation is therefore not provided automatically approx 90% outage instances.
