@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@bee_gibb83 @SkyHelpTeam If you’ve been charged today that means you’ve had over 60 days to return them since you cancelled or changed your service. Wait until they’ve received the equipment back and you might be able to get a refund if you are kind to the agent

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I realise that and all that happened, but Sky decided to charge me for another month for a service I haven't had since the beginning of December. I was advised to leave my account open to await a refund due to me not for your sky to help themselves further!!!!
