    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet went down on 15/01/23, it has been on and off since. I work from home which means this is affecting my work. Your phone line says there is an issue in the area but realistically how long is this going to take to sort out? It’s been 4 days already.

    @SkyHelpTeam why can new customers get broadband for average £20/month but you want to charge me,a customer for years £35/month.We may aswell cancel and apply in my partners name which makes work for me and you. Seems stupid
