@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@steeleyp_ @SkySports Slight flaw to that argument is I happened to have that fully produced and packaged product on another stream (NFL GamePass) at the same time. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

@Natty_Noodles_ @SkyHelpTeam The man I spoke to his internet wasn’t working either so he passed me to someone else. Then their system wasn’t working so she couldn’t run tests but assumed it was a wifi issue. Something with sky is going on.

@SkyHelpTeam signed up with Currys for sky TV, broadband, talk but we haven't moved into our new house yet. Can you help change activation and engineer visit date please? I noticed some equipment is being delivered too. We don't have access to receive it yet either.
