I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Nicole, yes it's a laptop. As I said, it used to work fine despite being very slow to load up past the "checking for updates screen". All other TV apps work perfectly, Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried the above fix, worked once, closed application and tried to load again, back to the same issue "we're having problems connecting you". Wouldn't be so frustrating if you didn't block display mirroring as well, but this means I can only watch Sky on my tiny phone screen.

@SkyUK And I'm cancelling the contract for my new iPhone because you're charging roaming charges again. We're away for over a month and I refuse to pay over £60 to use it while we're away. Have bought sim free phones and will cancel our sky sims at the end of our contract.

@DanW2606 @SkyHelpTeam Problem is that your issue will 99% down to your broadband line meaning its not Sky’s fault and if you cancel and go elsewhere (as the Ofcom regulation permits) you’ll have the same issue. You’ll most likely need to wait for FTTP like I am
