    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    It’s pretty shocking that in spite of the number of tweets @SkyUK cannot provide any information or even an apology to the obvious problem they have with their #skybroadband across the uk.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've run the test, it says I'm getting 1.4Mb/s down (well under minimum guarantee) instead of my usual 12-18 (21 the last 7 days), it has a warning status but isn't clear what to do next so I'll phone in. /1
