Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

@skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

Be great if @SkySports & @btsportfootball did something similar to Amazon in which you don’t have to have commentary on but you can listen to the stadium FX instead - so much more relaxing not getting wound up by awful bias commentary.
