@SkyHelpTeam had a problem with my order. Spoke to someone yesterday. Cancelled old order and created a new one. My sky app is still showing old account number and I can't change this. When will systems update?

@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

@SkyHelpTeam Won’t be watching anything as sky Q box broken again (second time this month) and got to wait a week for an engineer (again like last time)- so no love island and no f1 again which I pay extra for!!

@SkyHelpTeam beginning to wonder why I pay for sky and why I pay extra for sports when I can’t watch it! Satellite signal gone AGAIN, engineer can’t come for A WEEK AGAIN and it’s F1 weekend so can’t watch it!
