@SkyHelpTeam hi we currently have no wifi and no internet. Our sky boardband box is all green. But its saying we are unable to connect. We have tried the Sky Service but its saying the sky boardband testing is down.

@SkyHelpTeam is there a setting on the q mini boxes to to as annoying as possible and need constant resetting as they “can’t connect to skyq” that every other device can access and will connect to the main skyq box via sky go? Tempted to cancel the multi room and use a laptop

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah and have you forgotten about the buffer on skygo on a pc and the solution from sky is disconnect the SkyQ box and no buffer but then half of the TV go off when you disconnected that's not fixed that's swapping a bug for a different bug
