@SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@SkyHelpTeam having issues connecting my Sky+ box back to my broadband (router is working fine as I’m getting internet to my other devices and router is in the same room as the Sky box so no issues with distance). I’ve restarted my Sky box and that hasn’t solved the issue either

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I've just called Sky to negotiate my package, which has shot up from £44 to £74. Apparently the best deal you can offer me is £67 to keep my package as it is (as if). I will cancel Sky unless it significantly reduces this cost. DM me. Yours, a loyal customer.
