@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

@SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

@SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@NotJayNow @SkyHelpTeam I don't know how much clearer the agent can be with you so I'll try and break it down for your tiny mind. You pay Sky for the Sky content on Glass, Sky then acts as a platform (like your mobile, laptop, smart TV) but ultimately the 3rd party apps operate these not Sky

@SkyHelpTeam Right. So. Subtitles not working on Prime, Netflix, iplayer, all4 that all work absolutely fine on any other way of viewing is the individual apps problem and not yours as the host? Seriously #SkyGlass is woefully poor
