    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @MIG311200 @SkySports It's been a problem. In F1 since 2011 season. There's been a complete dominant team 2010 was the last good season in which multiple drivers were racing for the championship 11 years ago. For 11 years F1 has been a predictable borefest.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that but it is nonsense, no change in setup - yet average device speed drops from a constant 42 to 3! All happened around the same time your entire service went down last night - do you at least acknowledge your service went down last night?
