    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyUK shocking service. Nobody seems to want to help with issues and @SkyHelpTeam keep sending links we have already tried, nothing but issues since having skyQ!! Cannot wait to ditch them. Right now we're paying a stupid amount of money to NOT be able to watch what we want.🤬😡

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

    .@SkyHelpTeam isnt it about time you own up & admit either a) you're reducing bandwith or b) your fibre isnt very good? You're not delivering an acceptable, or indeed functional, service. Will you allow customers to move on, tear up the contract & wish each other all the best?

    @SkySports now I get it! The new scores app is shockingly poor, and laggy, because it has adverts taking up a 1/3 of the screen. Totally shocking that we pay our monthly sky fees and have to face more adverts. App deleted

    @SkySports There’s not enough characters to say what’s wrong with it. Not being rude, but it looks like whoever was in the development meeting had never used the app before, and/or is a an actual football fan. The beta version of the updated app couldn’t have been shown to actual fans.
