    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyHelpTeam The sky Q box is affecting my LG TV causing flickering screens. I know its an issue with sky as it never happens when I use my TV for netlfix, YouTube etc. I will need your latest uhd sky q box otherwise I will cancel as its slowly becoming unwatchable

    @SkyHelpTeam No thank you. I have decided to change my broadband provider as your service is terrible and totally unreliable for my day to day. The service isn’t worth £5 anymore it’s shocking how slow, the internet spikes up and down. Randomly turns off. You will not give another penny

    @SkyHelpTeam Your router is not the best, had to buy my own ASUs router and hooked it up to the Open reach ONT and now my sky FTTP is lighting fast!!! Why supply a router which isn’t really fit for the service?
