@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

Don't have @SkyUK broadband. Do have Sky TV. Last few days our box keeps losing broadband connection. It seems every time its turned off, when it's back on it wants to connect to the neighbours sky broadband& we have to reset. @SkyHelpTeam any help on offer?
