@SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??
