@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer has just visited and straightaway diagnosed the fault. SkyQ is incompatible with my Fritz router. The only way to definitely solve issue is to return to Sky broadband, which will cost me a large cancellation fee.

Had to phone @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam again today ref an ongoing openreach home visit.Annoyed & asked to speak to a manager, told that the manager said my complaint was irrelevant & they still didn't speak to me!Great customer service,looks like I'll be going elsewhere after 15 years.
