    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyUK shocking service. Nobody seems to want to help with issues and @SkyHelpTeam keep sending links we have already tried, nothing but issues since having skyQ!! Cannot wait to ditch them. Right now we're paying a stupid amount of money to NOT be able to watch what we want.🤬😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    Day 6 of the Internet switching off at 10 am and not working till 10 pm @SkyHelpTeam and the sky call centers have been no help, found out I did need the engineer and the original appointment was cancelled with no given reason. I'm honestly so over @SkyUK this is abysmal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you, it just goes around in a loop, one page says there is a fault, the next page says there are no problems then you click to check and it goes back to the first page.

    @SkySports 100% Hamilton’s fault. He wasn’t far enough alongside MV & should have backed off knowing that Max would turn into the corner. Plus he probably knew which care comes off worst when nose/front tire hits rear tire Disgraceful that he could then win race

    @SkyHelpTeam There isn't a rectification for this now. Sky has cost me 3 full days worth of wages now. So unless you're going to pay those wages, I'm going to cancel and let my friends family and local media outlets know the appalling service of sky with the evidence to back it up, goodbye.

    @SkyHelpTeam @stevejohnson95 THERE IS AN OUTAGE! Please stop telling us to test our lines, they do not work! I did this, called the help team but can’t book an engineer because it shows there is a fault but it’s not on the line. Find out where it is and fix it!4 days now, I am losing business because of this
