    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, Nathan. I’m getting this when I enter my landline number, but it says it was reported on 23rd June 2022! Is it a current problem? If so, any way to check if it’s being fixed? I went through the app and it’s booked an engineer but my family are hoping to stream TV today.

    @SkyHelpTeam very frustrating that a film showing live on one of your movie channels is available with AD but if you want to download and watch from the start it has no AD. This surely is easy to fix?!
