    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    Been on hold with @SkyUK for over an hour now. This is the 3rd time I’ve rang them to sort out issues with my account and tv service. Very tempted to cancel for good if they can’t sort my bill out this time 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Diamond VIP member (22 years), but have not yet had an email about Sky Glass. Not overly impressed given they were being sent out from 18 October. Ten days on, still waiting. So much for long service being rewarded.

    @skytv @SkyUK can you help? I have cancelled my service - can you please send me a box to return my equipment. I don’t mind paying the month notice , which I have given, but either you have a daft process or I spoke to an idiot. I went the packaging sent now not in 4 weeks time.

    @SkyHelpTeam promised updates throughout the day on the status of sorting my sky glass issue - not one update received after the one at 9am just stating the issue had been raised. What a joke! Not to mention, it’s a potential GDPR issue….!

    @SkyUK no one asked and sky doesnt listen...still waiting for paramount+, hulu, peacock, hbomax, and tons of other streaming services on normal sky services to make up for the awful garbage on at the moment..the last time married with children was last shown here was 20 years ago

    @THogwood @SkyUK Eh? Nobody is forced to buy into this. It’s TV as a service. From the reviews I’ve read, the device you get is very capable and not some cheapo unit you’d be disappointed with.
