@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

@SkyHelpTeam moving house in a few weeks and looking at taking out TV and BBand as a new customer. Deals online always seem to add Netflix at £4 extra...I already have that but can't remove from my basket. Is that cost in addition to my NF subscription or does it replace it?
