    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, he said the sales staff R not being honest with customers, they Rtaking orders & promising sky can be fitted etc,Why can he not fit it? I’ve called again and the customer service staff have said the engineer should have done the work. So they’ve rebooked it, what is goin on?

    @SkyHelpTeam That link confirms that new orders CAN be fitted by the engineer from the outside, so my question is WHY did the engineer refuse to do it? He stated that new orders can’t be done, even though I told him the website states otherwise AND customer services TWICE said they can?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done that 10 times and been on hold for over 8 hours, They do nothing to help. Why did i expect a twitter help team to actually help. Hoping it will be resolved. why not do something to resolve it. #whatajoke #SCAM

    @SkyHelpTeam this is not advice. this is you coping out and trying to blame the customer. yu did not openly communicate this option with customers. yu defrauded a good proportion of your customers of their money! you are fraudsters, thats what you are.
