@SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

@SkyHelpTeam Really frustrating this. MySky app doesn’t even show the same deals so I can’t do it there. How can you advertise a deal as available that I am unable to purchase or even discuss with someone. Must be a law about that. Shocking customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.
