    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I can’t find the number to call to cancel my sky Tv package as I’m moving out of the UK in June. We do want to keep the broadband which is due to end in June but on a rolling contract if that’s possible to allow for the interim period of renting out our property?

    @SkyUK Hi, I am with you for my mobile services and noticed that you now allow texts to short codes, however I am having issues texting the number 85100. It comes back each time as undelivered. I enter comps as a hobby and a lot of the promotors use this number. Please advise

    @AdamKidd21 @SkySports The cup and UCL comments are daft a d .ade by an absolute dafty in @PaulMerse . But to be fair I 100% that he isnt 'Premier League' manager of the year! If Pep wins the league surely he outmanaged him? Weird decision, as bad as Son not winning Player of the Year!
