@SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

@SkyHelpTeam Why cant you simply supply a direct UK phone number fo simple customer service. My friends are pulling thier hair out and leaving you because you service is soooo crap. PS foreign call centres are NOt covered by UK data protection laws so save yourself the BS cut n paste

@SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia The engineer wanted access to some cabling in the street, but the manhole had rusted up and he couldn't get access. He was going to come back another day with better tools, but to the best of my knowledge, he never returned.
