    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma. With all due respect you are t answering my question. I know it’s a new customer offer. My question is why are you freezing prices for new (not necessarily loyal) customers. And giving the finger to current loyal customers by subjecting them to your annual price rise?

    @SkyHelpTeam It was about 2 weeks ago. I was told that they are still working with Paramount to fix the issue. Its just really poor that you do not communicate what is going on to your customers. It is not difficult to provide updates to customers on your website.

    @MartinSLewis @SkyUK are pushing broadband boost to all customers for £5 a month, it doesn’t do anything, checks the line blah blah blah, just called up to cancel and was told by the @SkyUK rep my bill would go UP by £7 if I did. I asked why and they said having it provides…..

    @SkySports Men's last matches at the U.S. Open a bit dry & undynamic (not exactly McEnroe-Borg), but there is Superman Carlos Alcaraz 4 the future. Women's tour IN TROUBLE. Swiatek's not a draw--and no other draws. Quality of WTA much lower than '70's, '80's, 90's, 2000--2015.

    @SkyUK I am Sky Q and Sky Protect customer but you have stopped taking phone calls. Thanks though for sending me a defective router and then potentially charging me because I can’t contact you to discuss the situation. Covid is over. Employ more people
