@SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam Have a look at sim only plans. If I go to mobile then sim only it comes up with that message then asks me to login. I login into my account then it tells me that my account doesn’t have any problems
