    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

In their infinite wisdom give it proceeds to the BBC ( biased bigoted clowns). To provide public service channel. Nothing to do with any channels!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my mobile phone signal keeps completely going. It's happened twice today for hours on end. Any idea why? I'm in the County Durham area. Really not convenient when I am reliant on my phone for keeping in touch with my daughter all day. 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s just slow when downloading stuff from SKY Q to SKY GO, then sometimes the app crashes out on me - bit rude don’t you think?! Then the Download process begins all over again when I go back into the app again 🙈

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done that countless times and it is the same response. Sometimes they promise to call back, but they never do. Nothing happens cos they simply don't care. Just taking the money. My only approach now is direct action to your leadership team and local pr channels.
