Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam can you help? Please. My laptop is saying that it cannot connect to the WiFi, it did the same with another laptop in the house but we managed to resolve this. Any ideas if this is a sky issue or a laptop issue??
