Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

@SkyUK was on hold for 2 hours and 30 mins as I have had TV all this week and gave up. I have called the help line early this week and they said it is not your issue but have had a professional say it is Sky issue so angry 😡

Hey @skyuk @SkyHelpTeam, since moving to Sky broadband from EE, my phone running Android 11 can't find Sky+ box. Had no problem with EE. Looking at reviews on Google Play, LOTS of people have same problem. Is the router blocking it? Do I need to open a port? Firewall exception?
