Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q system has no satellite signal. I’ve tried to resolve following the steps in the “My Sky” app to no avail. I’ve got an engineer booked but not until 10th December. From looking on Twitter I can see that there are many users having the same issue. Why?
