Seriously hacked off with the appalling broadband service that we are receiving from @SkyUK We are using the neighbours, i’m a key worker & rely on connection. Tried all of the “tips” to fix it, it doesn’t & i haven’t got unlimited time to wait on the phone!

@SkyHelpTeam Howdy 👋 Sky broadband has been dropping out repeatedly today. Off for a minute or so and then back again. Same thing happened last Friday. App says connection & wifi are fine but they definitely aren’t :-O Any problems in the Bath area I should know about? Cheers!

@SkyHelpTeam I call sky who told me I need to turn my phone on and off. I explained I don't think the issue is to do with my phone but to do with Sky. He told me to just turn my phone on and off again. Did this and still doesn't work. Pt2
