    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @pdavis43 @SkySports Problem is without reviewing every single thing and having 300 cameras looking at every angle and decision throughout every match there's always going to be teams and players that get away with one, just lucky it was us this time, midweek it went against us & will again next week

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyUK been waiting MONTHS for my internet to work, had 3 engineers come out, the order was just cancelled out of nowhere and now I’ve had to call up again, wait for hours, renegotiate and get sent out more engineers in another month. PLEASE HELP I am now DYING to go elsewhere

    Disappointed by @OpenreachHelp and lack of customer service allocated an engineer this morning at 7am for an appointment between 13-1800 with contact details-can’t get through. Phone @SkyUK at 17.30 to see if they’ve heard anything, apparently still due. #noshow @WeAreOpenreach

    @paul_w_gibson @formulawah Mine arrived today and I’m seriously wishing I had never considered it. I was assured it would save me money. BUT it’s massive and thick and needs a specialist engineer to wall mount it - sky said £75 but their engineers said £149 - wipes out all savings. @SkyUK chaotic

    2 more #vitalityblast games being played tonight (6 yesterday) and @SkySports are playing a re-run of the IPL final. What the f#*k are we paying money for? 40 minutes on a call to cancel my subscription today, only for them to put the phone down on me. Disgraceful.

    @a_chimpan @TheFLHub @SkySports I think the semis we edged. The first leg we could of blown you away. Second leg you were better and we were worse but I don’t think there was as much a gap as the first leg. Yday both teams were very poor. Both seemed to freeze
