@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Your checks will say it’s fine, like it always does, yet my WiFi doesn’t work more than 10ft away from router. Then I will get told I have to spend more money to get an engineer out or boosters when I already pay £120+ a month for this “service”! Utter joke of a company

@SkyHelpTeam Test result say ok but even when a foot away from the hub doesn’t work. Going to cancel my direct debit have to watch Netflix through tv app mini boxes never work. Been with sky for over 15 years, but now a poor service that never works.
