@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Think it's a network issue for our postcode area. Spoke to the neighbours and they've all had no fibre broadband since Tuesday. Tried to contact sky via the phone and receive an automated message saying they are aware of an issue in out area and are trying to fix it ASAP

@SkyUK I’m with no broadband connection since yesterday, and your solution is to send an engineer on 11/08. 20 days without service and all I can do is wait? It’s hilarious you advertise yourselves as a service provider.
