@BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

@SkySports For everyone. Even if he didn't have the skills he's got he would be a problem just on size alone. Nikolai Valuev had no skills and he won a world title because he was so big and awkward and he would of been a problem for any HW as well, Fury isn't much smaller then him.

@ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

@SkyHelpTeam Pete, you do not understand the problem. All programmes are currently downloading in SD only, even those which are clearly advertised as being available in HD. It is a fault, specific to my account, which the team have not been able to fix.

@SkyHelpTeam So after taking your advice then lodging a further complaint it seems sky don’t actually take on feedback & information as clearly my complaint is now a customer service problem, they don’t follow a complaints procedure. So after leaving sky then coming back I’m defo leaving now
