    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

    Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I canโ€™t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from ยฃ55 to ยฃ88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you canโ€™t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

    @BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

    @SkyHelpTeam You've got to know that Sky Glass is a considerable step down from Sky Q. There's different but not better functionality, but crucially you don't record anything and so it will mostly be lost if you don't watch it in time.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello I keep having trouble with my broadband keep cutting out, the router has an orange light for about 5 minutes then goes green then will go orange again about 20 minutes later I work from home so itโ€™s causing a few issues

    @jammierooroo @garethlewis1959 @SkyUK If she was crying on the phone agents wouldn't have resigned her in a contract terms and conditions are read and your mil would have agreed calls are recorded if bad agent behaviour would be monitored and looked into there is more then meets the eye with your tweet

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK You could just cancel the direct debit, and tell them to **** off. What they gonna do? It's unsecured debt. She's elderly. Is she gonna be taking out credit cards? Doubt it. Tell them where to go. Sign upto Virgin instead.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I think you are being ripped off with that amount tbf , name of the game is haggle haggle haggle and if they donโ€™t budge to your set ยฃ tell them your cancelling , they soon come back grovelling for your service .

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK You can invoke the cooldown clause. With every contract like this, there's a fixed amount of time during which you can cancel without any penalties.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK ยฃ170? That's a disgrace, I'm sure she wouldn't even watch 3/4 of the channels. Even ยฃ110 a month is steep. The business model is so flawed. They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.

    @jammierooroo @Su15100307 @SkyUK And then spend 20+ mins in a queue listening to piped music before losing the will to live and hanging up. If you can add packages online then you should be able to cancel / remove them online too
