@SkyHelpTeam It tells me there is a fault in my area, I have spoken to your team who confirm there is a fault in the area but it is not being repaired clearly and you are not keeping customers updated. The service is dreadful!

@SkyHelpTeam 1hr 6 mins currently on hold to get though to sky help team! Start of call says within 4 mins - shocking. Skymob 4g is awful, your staff promise help and don’t fill out forms and promise to call you back and never do, call 4 to try fix my issues! Still waiting

@SkyUK I'm about to cancel my account if i don't get some decent customer service. I was actually threatened by one of your engineers a while back he told me to 'come outside' he then told me sky did put my dish in because the wire was the wrong colour......
