@BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

@followgreg @SkyHelpTeam Try calling Sky. They will waste your time going through selecting different options before saying the best way to get help is online and then cutting you off. Not even offering the option of talking to a human. No good going online when internet is down. Shocking!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m just curious - is there a specific reason why you just can’t provide the number directly and have to refer everyone to the website? I’m aware of the different contact options but I absolutely 100% need to speak to someone from broadband support over the phone.
