    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only had my broadband with Sky for about 6 months and last night it went down. Been told that an engineer will be able to see me in 11 days . What a joke !
