Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
