@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

last time buying a ppv on sky sports box office using the web app... It just doesn't work. #JoshuaPulev @EddieHearn @SkyHelpTeam @SkySportsBoxing fix the app, I've no interest in buying sky tv. You need a better ppv app, the last ppv was bad video quality, this one doesn't start.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems from the Tweets a lot of people are having the same issue. Can’t you guys contact them rather than hundreds phoning Virgin? It’s your feed - you sort it out between you, the viewer doesn’t care, they just want to watch the boxing which they’ve paid for.
