    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam @lawlerg I have the same problem, I restarted the hub because it dropped from 35mbps download/10 upload to 2 download and 1.8 up. This has happened before.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, still having wifi issues. We got cut off from the technical team about 10 mins ago and now can't get back through. Also I've just checked our account and I think we should have received a new Broadband Hub?

    @SkyHelpTeam I do need support. Support to cancel the broadband part of my monthly bill immediately. Every time I phone up, you do some line tests, get me to restart the router to change up the frequency, disconnect devices when not in use etc. 10 minutes later and it's back to this speed.

    @SkySports Are you really use the race card because you can’t get a job ffs that’s low. Maybe you were asking to much money or the clubs don’t feel your progress then there’s so many other factors but you use colour poor form
