    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when itโ€™ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured itโ€™d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I canโ€™t!
