@SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

5th Jan and had around 20mb speed, our neighbour had their Internet connected then ours was disconnected. Another Openreach engineer attended and reconnected us but only getting 4mb @SkyHelpTeam engineer attended and said its @OpenreachHelp who need to fix it. @Ofcom

@SkyUK what a shower! Just been told we are without TV for 10 days… Storms well known a week in advance.. no emergency planning of any kind and they say pretty much it is what it is… for £136/month….. absolutely awful. So they are getting 40 days notice! Fuming
