    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to unsubscribe from a service. However I was put through to technical support and they said I would need to be transferred. I was and 45 mins later was disconnected.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no โ€˜issueโ€™ just broadband is ๐Ÿ’ฉ in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought youโ€™d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky ๐Ÿ™„

    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Just cancel it. You have 14 days to do so without penalty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The make sure that you remove any further business from them. Ringing and being aggressive will just have your call terminated by them.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK You can invoke the cooldown clause. With every contract like this, there's a fixed amount of time during which you can cancel without any penalties.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I work for a finance firm and, despite not being customer facing, I have regular training on vulnerable customer management. Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK
