When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. We’re going back to BT at the end of the month never had any issues with them
