@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

@gooding_marc @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like your speed is being managed by the network (something that is normal and is done by Openreach not Sky). Just accept your automated 1 month refund for line speed bellow your guaranteed and wait, no point in threatening anyone is there.

@SkyHelpTeam No as every single other channel has no issues. Not one other channel, and this starts late evening but is OK the rest of the time. Sky help on the phone said all was fine
