    @SkyHelpTeam seems we now can't get any catch up TV from the 4 network. Just get a spinning loading icon thing and never able to get anything. Using the all4 app on my smart tv works fine. Internet fine. Just the apps on sky

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

    @marckenney @SkyHelpTeam I got a free booster off them. That sits upstairs and apparently boosts the signal. No idea if it ever has, but if you get drop out like that, you are entitled to money back. Are you on super fast?

    @Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam I made so many complaints with a mobile company.. some years ago, they sent it to management. They said they didn’t want me as a customer and terminated my contract without a fee. The executive complaints phoned me to say we are going to end your contract.

Sky’s box froze yesterday and I’ll be honest I couldn’t be arsed phoning up ! Just unplugged it then stuck it back in 10 minutes later . Shouldn’t be like that though . I feel ur pain
