@sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain why when I change from my older Sky Q Hub to the new Sky Broadband Hub the speed drops from ~25Mb down to less than 12Mb ??? I only changed to the Broadband Hub due to its supposed greater range as the Q hub won't reach the back of the house.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried the diagnostic, changing numbers from 68etc. Nothing has worked. Covid and isolating now, and STILL paying way over the odds for sub-par service. The amount of catchup tv we have to watch, I’m not sure I need sky at all anymore...
