    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    @SkyUK are you aware of Internet problems in Derbyshire at as all my WiFi keeps dropping... I reset it its OK for 20 minutes then the same thing happens again and again since yesterday afternoon. Thanks

    @SkyUK broadband has been really terrible. It's off more than it's on! Due to it not being off all the time we are not entitled to compensation. We cant check on the young one with the wifi camera. We cant work from home. No Netflix...etc Its becoming an absolute farce!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam where are new Sky Premieres listed now, then? As someone paying for a service, it is annoying that they aren't labelled, more than halved, no price drop, no heads up and now they're muddled in with old films (Liar Liar) so it takes time to even find new premieres.

    @MrAFoster @SkyHelpTeam Ditch em mate. They've spent the past year trying to sell me on "upgrades" for faster speeds when local area doesn't even support that. They bricked my xbox games, when changing over credit cards because "they do that" disconnecting anything your signed into

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam we were upsold a skyQ package & had nothing but problems since. It freezes daily during recordings and live TV, needs reset. How on earth do we go back to the old box? This is absolutely ridiculous. £50 a month. Might as well take that money and just burn it.

    If @SkySports hyped up League 1 and 2 with stats, analysis etc...in the same way they did the Prem & Championship, then it'd really help boost it! At least show a couple of games a week instead of every few months! Give it the credit it deserves! @SkyBetLeagueOne @SkyBetLeagueTwo

    @SkyHelpTeam We have 6 but not used all the time. 2-3 max. It's in the next room but we also have wifi extenders. They were fine until Friday and now even streaming videos or loading pictures can take forever. Also, just connecting to the router directly also has the same issue.

    to add insult to injury - the full race isn’t available today, just the bloody highlights! WTA @SkyHelpTeam! I don’t want to see highlights, I want to enjoy the full damn race. Get it sorted and don’t use the “some content takes several days to upload”, it’s your damn content!
