You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Hi, I want to remove a package from my tv subscription but it won’t let me do it online, it says I need to call. When I call it always says the wait is at least 20 mins. Not great service!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes so far. This is the second time I called after being cut off the first time. The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

@SkyUK @OpenreachHelp your wifi service is abysmal. Is it really going to take moving house to get a stable connection? 6 engineer visits in 6 weeks and it’s at its worst it’s ever been today. Severely impacting working from home. Truly awful service 😡
