    @SkyUK when people sign up with you for broadband and tv. Why don't you tell them if they have no service after 8pm they're fooked until the next day unlike most of your competitors

    @SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

    Even escalated the call and the manager wasn’t willing to help @SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service - and why send offers though the post if it’s not an offer !

    @ManUtd further of example of shambles at United… Season ticket holders have not been told of issue with payment of season ticket renewals..No finance option…Zebra Option gone..No communication at all… @SkySports hundreds will lose season tickets #disgraceful

    @SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam submitted complaint and Subject Access Request on 2nd September. Not heard a thing since. Looks like I’ll be going to @ICOnews to make them aware of your failure to adhere to legislation... you had 1 month to comply with SAR!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I have an issue where the sound is cutting out for a few milliseconds every few minutes, and can't understand why. All cables are connected correctly, and PS4/Netflix aren't causing the same problems

Doesn’t mean every game’s won after 70 mins to let players rest, some games it takes full 90 Klopps fault plenty of players were injured by bad challenges or on international duty?🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam my one week old #SkyQ has an issue. The picture on the 3 mini boxes keep #freezing or pausing. I have followed all the online help but it is still happening. TV on them is unwatchable. Have tried customer services but the wait time is very long. Any suggestions?

    @PropFreeLFC @T50red @SkySports Man Utd have only three injuries (two of which are players who will never get their game), Total games played so far... Man Utd: 20 Liverpool: 21 Injuries happen, it’s part of the game. Perhaps if he rests players once in a while it might help?

    @PropFreeLFC @T50red @SkySports Let’s explore one point you just made... three keepers have played so far. Is that a muscle issue, or just plain bad luck? Be honest, you’ve not really had many injury issues these past couple of years. And by that I mean real injury issues (like Mane/Salah)

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp visited the local cabinet today to fix our phone line. They managed to break our broadband instead - and then report as fixed. Original offer from Sky was to get someone to come out to check the "hub was plugged in correctly"... On 6th January 1/2
