@SkyUK when people sign up with you for broadband and tv. Why don't you tell them if they have no service after 8pm they're fooked until the next day unlike most of your competitors

@Shippers1983 Ha! Intermittent rage! It had been ok but when you get a problem you’ve got more chance of getting an response from the dead than @skyuk it took me 3 hrs to watch the last 15 mins of bodyguard last night! Their customer service is a joke.......

@SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK my broadband and tv service has been on a go slow for the last 24hrs! Tv keeps freezing and downloading programmes is taking hours! Why I’m I paying so much for this crap and I take that’s why there is a 40mim hold time on you help like!! Very poor!!
