@SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

@MartinSLewis great service from @SkyUK spoken to 8 or more people since Friday night and now have to wait until the 26th for an engineer to solve an issue they caused. Spent almost 3 hours on the phone yesterday to be told they can't help. Anyone beat that?
