    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

If I'd known they'd been late I could have worked the morning. Sorry 2 hear that you have had issues 2

Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

    @SkyHelpTeam @disneyplus app on my #skyQ box kept showing me all content in HD when it should have shown me some in UHD. I had to reset my box each time I opened the app to see the UHD content. @skytv lady helped me reset the settings on my box. Problem solved! Bravo Sky! 📺👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam My issue isn’t a fact I was interrupted, my issue is that no one told me someone would be coming to my house. I’m disabled and I’m home alone, it’s nice to be told that somebody is going to to appear at your door to do work needed done.

    Umm @SkyUK you can’t text someone before 9 am informing them there is an issue with their broadband and then send somebody to their door without any warning or phone call or even text that somebody was coming out. I was doing an online hospital appointment.
