I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

@SkyUK Your early termination charges are ridiculous!! £120 for cancelling a year contract of £23 per month is just not acceptable! Sky is basically steeling money off people who are going through hard time in life whilst showing absolutely no empathy! Never again!!

@TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

@SkySports Who cares, 1 poor/soft decision each! Let's not forget Denmark encroached the defensive wall within a yard of them for their goal, sp that should have been ruled out. Very soft penalty however, there is contact so its not a dive. Ref had a great tournament but was poor last night

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to help you correct your over billing error from April by calling you (and holding) when your promised call backs never came. So, after 22 years I’m cancelling everything. The only person trying to fix things is the person paying for the service. Ridiculous!

@SkyHelpTeam Morning Sky. So I have now called the number to change my package twice and nothing changed, called for a call back and nothing and raised a complaint where I was meant to get a call back in 48hrs and nothing. And you didn't reply to my last tweet. Any advice?
