    @SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

    @SkyHelpTeam - 45 min wait on Friday via phone and virtual assistant and over 1hr waiting today to speak to an agent via Virtual Adsistant. Shocking customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Internetโ€™s bern down in most of Greater Manchester since before 7am. When will it be fixed? I presume there will be a refund on my next bill for lack of service meaning I havenโ€™t been able to work today

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it I'm still unable to watch the Bahrain grand Prix on sky glass? Any idea how long it should take from a programme to finish before I can watch on my playlist. Thinking of going back to sky Q this is garbage!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam hey. Youโ€™ve tested my broadband and there is a fault. Youโ€™ve said you will send a new hub twice now but itโ€™s not received. It works for a week then the problem repeats. my line keeps cutting out and I need it for work. What is happening?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just had a call offering me free multiroom for 6 months and told I could cancel after this period, had seen a similar offer skyvip but with 18 month contract. When I asked about this she hung up! Feel like I was being mid-sold if Iโ€™m being honest!!
