@SkyHelpTeam hello. Due for sky TV next week. Been told by a neighbor who used to have sky that the communal dish doesn't get all the channels. Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

@SkyHelpTeam are excellent at making reassuring promises and failing to deliver the simplest of tasks. Still trying to resolve Billing issues since March. Still ongoing with erratic “call backs” but no action.
