@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @Ofcom I only get told to speak to someone after 10 days has passed, which is starting to feel like a delaying tactic to be honest. I’ve tried calling and you’re very busy with calls, I haven’t got time to sit in a hold queue. My service isn’t even a week old, I should need to call.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve tried a PM, I’ve been told to wait 10 days. Given my speed hasn’t changed since the service was installed 3 days ago I don’t anticipate it changing over the next 7 days. You’re failing to meet the guaranteed minimum speed so let’s see if you can meet it in a week’s time.

So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

@SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

@SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 years of issues often No service (broadband, sky Q & wifi) endless engineers and being told once the service is sorted I will be adequately refunded part of the £130 a month I have paid, which is almost £3k, I get offered £100 compensation! Incorrectly installed!!

@SkyHelpTeam I can't... because that goes through the box too and one of the two amber lights is 'voice'. There are Sky customers in four villages and the local town all reporting exactly the same lack of a useable service. Can that really be a coincidence? #IsThisAnotherAndover?
