    Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    I am in the process of closing all my @SkyHelpTeam’s accounts down and moving them to another provider. Sky Mobile’s practice of conducting hard credit checks on existing customers—rather than using soft searches—is questionable because it can negatively impact a customer’s credit score without clear justification. For individuals who already have an established account and payment history with Sky, a hard check appears excessive and potentially punitive, especially when many other providers use soft searches that do not leave a lasting mark on credit files. This approach raises concerns about transparency, fairness, and whether it aligns with best practices in customer care and responsible data usage.
