    Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    Calls to @SkyUK about ‘failed’ downloads resulted in a service visit from a Sky Engineer (SE). SE “Are you with BT broadband?” Me “Yep!” SE “There’s a known issue - we’re waiting for a software patch. Can’t believe they’re still booking service calls.” Me “I can!!” @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, sorry for the late reply. My sky app is saying there is an outage in my area dated 8th December. It's constantly on and off . I've tried ringing but the automated service won't let me speak to anyone, just says we know there's a problem and will fix it soon.

    @SkyUK when are you going to fix the download issue? It’s not been working for a while now. I am paying for a device that isn’t being provided. I called CS and have spoken to someone it’s such a terrible attitude. You need to retrain your staff.
