Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

Is it just me or is @SkyUK broadband been absolutely shocking recently? Ring them up and it’s over an hour wait with no help, the help online is basically “unplug it and then plug it back in” you pay all this money for nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, actually it was my netgear modem that lost some settings ( VlanID and priority ) inexplicably, so I input them back in and it reconnected straight away. Shared it on Sky Community just in case someone had the same issue

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I just tried to call your UK customer centre at 10.25 PM (08007 591 263) as your website said it was open. It was closed. I heard a recorded message saying “please call back before 11pm, 7 days a week”. At 10.25. Maybe your outbound voice message needs updating?
