@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyUK any ideas why my wifi keeps going down? The internet is working on devices that are hard wired in but my sky box and WiFi decides don’t work so only 25% of what I need is usable? I take it you’re not going to charge 25% of bill?happened at least 4 times in the last 7 days

@VintageDidier @SkySports @btsport We pay a lot of money to watch #PremierLeague & #UCL football on your channels, We deserve better than ex pro's who if they have any knowledge fail to pass it on to the viewer. Just because someone was once a decent player doesn't mean they are any good at tv.
