    @SkyHelpTeam my phone isn't connecting to number that is definitely in use (says number doesn't exist but it is definitely correct). They told me to contact network provider about it as it is working at their end

    @SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

    @SkyHelpTeam Long story but proven today that their Q box was connected to our password protected router. It had our router name as their network connection and at one point I could see their recordings on our mini. I know it sounds weird but it happened. Question is how?

    Cannot believe after spending 1hr 30mins on the phone to @SkyUK to rectify my Broadband issues the best thing they could offer me was to move to another provider! Another stress added for a #keyworker! That's what you get for 7yrs of commitment and being a VIP customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam The broadband just is not stable - works ok sometimes but drops out a lot. Even the 2nd Q box buffers loads and cuts off due to signal. Its shockingly bad even at times stood in front of the router!
