    @TalkTalk So i did the below & spent over an hour last night speaking to you guys. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Id like to cancel and return to @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam sky q mini boxes over the festive period have been an absolute disgrace, connectivity issue, technical fault, every 30 seconds when trying to watch sport. Absolute joke of a service

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only it is in your control - I pay you nearly £100 a month for a service. Don’t hold your hands up and say not my problem when you can’t service a customer of 15 years!!

    I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

    @SkySports @SkySportsNews I pay mega money for sky and and you put the worst football program on “Saturday Social” on three stations 5 nobody’s giving there opinions 💩 even “Soccer AM” went down the pan until Jimmy Bullard joined having a live band on 😂 turned off

    @stevo_g1992 @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach The engineer was very apologetic for getting their late...however what really frustrated me was that I booked it 4.5 weeks ago and I was told I would be seen early in the day. If I'd known they'd been late I could have worked the morning. Sorry 2 hear that you have had issues 2

    @SkyHelpTeam is the F1 ultra hd channel not working? When prompted on F1 hd to press for ultra... It then opens a blue blank page saying no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel.?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just needed to offload about Sky broadband...I received an "update " email last week. Offered me an update on my £37 pm Internet contact...down to £25. Imagine my delight! But after 3 attempts (foiled by out of date passwords, technical problems at Sky) I'm close to giving up.
