    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    Trying to speak to someone @SkyHelpTeam online is a nightmare. The “virtual assistant” is absolutely pointless and the sky app doesn’t have anything to help either

    @SkyHelpTeam A handful of channels stopped working on Friday, my dad called support and they tried upselling multi-room. I installed the Q box yesterday but had to come back today to replace it with the Sky+HD.

    @LeonWoodley3 @SkyHelpTeam Firstly its a free product so using the word disgrace is a bit OTT really Leon. Secondly, about 99% of the problems experienced after the launch have been found to be related to the user not following instructions and signing up incorrectly so wind your neck in and stop moaning
