@SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

@SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

Disgusted with @SkyUK was thinking of leaving due to unbelievably expensive bills plus poor WiFi... contacted them to sort out and half way through online discussion the sky advisor logs off to go for their break and tells me to wait 45 mins and then they’ll be back! #badservice

@RonnyJacksons @owenfaz21 @SkySports Yeah this was certainly a PR error and looks a pretty arrogant thing to try and do. The brand was bought out by Swatch in the 70s so not quite the Lewis Vs Poor Family that the Mail are trying to create but yeah don't disagree this was a poor move from him.
