@SkyHelpTeam my phone isn't connecting to number that is definitely in use (says number doesn't exist but it is definitely correct). They told me to contact network provider about it as it is working at their end

So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband Issues in Settle, Long Preston, Hellifeld for 2 full days coverage goes off & on every two minutes, customer service have done nothing for 2 days. Advised them I am reporting issue to offcom to which they replied go on then, so I have complaint no 01297847
