    @SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's really getting to a point where it's nothing new for me and my partner. Third time in 2 months it's been down for us due to issues with bt men messing about with the streets open reach so you can imagine our frustration atm with this on top of that issue alone! 😶

    Not impressed with @SkyUK & @WeAreOpenreach They’ve left my elderly in-laws without any phone or broadband since 21st December and also lost their phone number! Was supposed to sorted on Friday yet still no connection. Atrocious customer service.
