@SkyUK Sky should be regulated. why should someone pay more for the same service than someone else. if you made it the same price for everyone you would get more subscribers rather than ripping customers off who have been with you for ages.

Digging @SkyUK's VIP program and current attitude to customer loyalty. Just picked up Sky Go Extra for free and a couple of other goodies for being a Diamond customer, and they’ve waved the cost of a replacement box (hard drive gone in old one) without us having to ask.

Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

@SkyHelpTeam 1: had a issue phone line over Xmas. Spoke 2 a lady by phone who organised an engineer to sort it out. Also identified I had an old sky router. She said that free of charge she would send out a new version This was on the 27th Dec.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Carol I have been doing that for days it asks me to sign in I do and then it presents pictures to verify that am not a robot! And that goes on and on doesn’t end even if I identify correctly and get a tick. My Sky logo on / account app on my phone doesn’t have mail listed
