So strange that @virginmedia hasn't got crowd noise on the @SkySports Main Event channel (it usually does) but people watching the same channel through @skytv do have crowd noise?! Wtf?! Sort it out Dicky.

@SkyHelpTeam hello, new Sky customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it says it’s still scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks

@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

@ellie1987x1 @SkyHelpTeam That’s crazy. As it’s such a widespread issue. Why do they think they can don someone off by saying it’s fixed? Although going by the tweets, they keep telling everyone in the area to ‘test your settings’ as if it’s all individual problems 😡.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you have a contact for your complaints department or senior management. For the past 2 months trying to get my elderly parents phone and broadband activated i have witnessed the worst customer service. I myself have been a loyal sky customer 20 years. Never again.
