Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam I do these steps several times a day already. That's not the issue. The issue is that the network connection keeps dropping constantly and then reconnecting. It shouldn't do that several times a day. It interrupts my work.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help, thanks. I think it was just a sporadic issue yesterday as the connection dropped randomly twice. I know there is a lot of Openreach FTTP work going on in my town at the mo, so may have been related.
