@SkyHelpTeam Called again spoke to Kevin; an asset to your team. Found a solution rather than a problem, Worked everything out and has upgraded me to sky boost with a new router being delivered tomorrow. A massive contrast to the numerous other call takers i spoke to. Good work Kevin 👍
