@SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

@SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

Changed my Internet from @SkyUK yesterday as they are a rip off. Said my Internet will switch over ob the 24th of Feb. Guess what the robbing ***** have done today yip just cut it off no Internet for a week or 2 and have **** reception for 4g round the house great times.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I wanted to watch the man city v man utd game on bt sport 2 at 7pm, so I signed up for 31 days. But it still isn't working and the game is almost over, how do I cancel it, I have tried calling 3 times now and I get transferred to dept that is closed.
