Never ever taking out a sky tv package again cannot wait to end this contract tried to downgrade my tv today cause no one bothers with it and they are trying to charge me £60 to do it absolutely jokes ... avoid!! @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried these fixes several times and none of them work! I am not paying for an engineer to visit and I’m not signing up for another 12 months for terrible service. Which is what is suggested when I speak to customer services. I am fuming that it’s down again!!

@SkyHelpTeam no TV signal and the earliest an engineer can come to fix it is 25th January 2020, that’s 40 (FORTY) days away. I spend £140 per month and expect better service than this. This is NOT good enough.

Such confusion. @SkyUK supposed to fit SkyQ last Saturday 7th and didn’t turn up. I called and they arranged for this Saturday 14th coming, so this morning got email and text saying it’s getting installed Tuesday 10th and order status says Saturday 14th WTF! #fail

Don’t bother going with @SkyUK, After they booked @OpenreachHelp almost 4 weeks ago they cancelled the job as they couldn’t go up the ladder to fix the wire! @virginmedia were there only a few days ago servicing their customers WiFi with no problems going up the ladder!

Now 53 days without broadband since @bt_uk cancelled our contract with @SkyUK and still not connected. Hours on the phone just lead to excuse after excuse. Completely and utterly useless and countless promises broken
