Hey @SkyHelpTeam trying to downgrade my TV package but hitting a brick wall. No option on the app/website to downgrade even though the help section says there is. Currently been on hold almost an hour. Plenty of options to upgrade but not to downgrade

@SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam issues with sky Q boxes.. jumping.. proximity issues.. poor network messages. Frustrating waste of money. BT have fixed our internet new router still Sky is poor. Over to you... 🤷

@SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

@SkyHelpTeam I did this at the time, it did highlight an issue and I was told (through your tool) that an engineer had been booked and we would be contacted. Nothing has happened except the random outages.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet won’t connect to my SkyQ yet I checked via the app and it’s saying there is no issues, turned both off and back on again and re-connected the broadband to the skyQ broadband working fine on my smartTV & iPhone

@nbroadbent @SkyHelpTeam @KerrangTV Due to ongoing issues from Saturday night, Red Bee (who play out TV channels) have their systems down, all feeds of BBC, C4 and C5 are off air and are on back up systems. Box Plus don’t have the same systems available, so as The Box is working, it is being used as a back up feed.
