@SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

@SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

@SkyHelpTeam No it's not great customer service is it! I did use the link you gave, thought perhaps it would open something else, as I hoped I was doing something wrong, but no after buffering for a few minutes I got the same blank page as before!

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing is connected any more - all moved over to the new FTTP service, and I have switched my Sky router off. The Sky Q boxes complain about their non-Sky network connection every 3 - 4 days even though there is nothing wrong with it. I suspect they are programmed to do that.
