@SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

@SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

@dazpeo @SkyUK We went with Gigaclear because of this, to ge fair it wasn’t Sky’s fault - it was BT Openreach but after over a year of constant calls/supposed repairs and a signal weaker than the current UK pound, we gave up. @gigaclear has been excellent.
