@SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

@SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

@SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

@SkyHelpTeam having continuous and constant connection errors on Sky q mini boxes. It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

@SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

@SkySports Referee has created a problem for himself with that @BrentfordFC penalty against @afcbournemouth - not a penalty as arms were in natural position - doubt he’d give one to the Cherries in similar situation and just proved there

@SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m not stupid, I know how technology works and to fix something but when it’s the line itself then it is something I cannot fix.

Day 14 without internet. @SkyUK promised on 2 separate occasions that a manager would call me about the situation. And no one has bothered to call me, offer an apology, diagnose to me the issue, or give me a timeline for resolution. This is how the treat their “VIP” customers
