Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

She was crying as she came off the call and is so upset and distressed that she has called me for help. I have the same package that she’s been offered and I pay £110 a month, so they are clearly just ripping off the elderly!! Absolutely disgusting. Can’t call them as I am not with her for authorisation until Monday, but they will be hearing from me then!
