They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

My parents are in their 70s and rely on wifi at the moment due to the pandemic. My mom did cancel in anger, because she was sick of your lack of communication.
