@SkyHelpTeam can someone please help me. Im trying to cancel my tv subscription but I have forgotten the account password so the call centre won’t speak to me!! I have access to the account online and pay the bills but they won’t speak to me because of this password!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes have done. Speed in to router is fine and in most rooms it is fine. But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back

@SkyHelpTeam we are getting very poor WiFi speeds in the back of our house. Means sky multi room doesn’t work properly. I could really do with a booster but it is literally impossible to find a phone number or a way to message you

@jimbrown1967 @SkyHelpTeam Are you sure you spoke to the correct cancellations department?? @(not the Indian call center) I was same as you paying £79.50 as a 22 yr customer. Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so after been a sky customer for 22 years and now a vip diamond customer all you can offer me is £4.50 off my monthly £79.50 bill when a new customer can get my package for £49 per month is a total disgrace. Time to look for another supplier!! Absolute joke

@SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam 24+ hours now with out wifi due to mini outage in area. Can’t even test connection online. Restarted router several times.

@SkyHelpTeam I already pay you £60 a month, but you want me to pay more just to have parental controls!? parental controls should be included in ANY internet package that any ISP has, customers shouldn't have to pay extra to keep their kids safe on your provided internet service

@SkyHelpTeam my data hasn’t been working properly for the past 48hrs, apps aren’t loading, messages aren’t sending while on data. Ive got 10gb on my sim, plus over 100gb in my Piggybank so that’s not the issue

@SkyUK I gave your complaints department all the info on your online form which was a waste of time, what is the point of doing it here. One of the many issues is with Openreach, who I can't contact directly, and I pointed this out, so you came back and told me to contact openreach.

@SkyHelpTeam any idea why I can't update apps on my android device and also youtube loads video extremely slow when in the wifi but all other apps that play videos are perfectly fine!router is fine and have done all checks and I see this happened a while ago in York apparently!

@SkyHelpTeam No it shows no known faults in the area, however my whole street is down. I can search by Sky Talk number on that link because I don't have a phone number with you (as far as I'm aware!)
