When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back

I have the same package that she’s been offered and I pay £110 a month, so they are clearly just ripping off the elderly!! Absolutely disgusting. Can’t call them as I am not with her for authorisation until Monday, but they will be hearing from me then!
