It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

Absolutely disgusting and I am pissed!! Will be cancelling our service of what I pay well over £100 a month if this isn't resolved quicker!
