    @SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

    Anyone in Wrexham having problems with Sky internet download speeds. Trying to watch a programme on ITV catchup and it keeps stopping saying it’s downloading! A speedcheck shows less than 9 mbps which is rubbish. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing happens, it just tried to reconnect and fails. 2 times this week it has happened. Awful service.

    Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

    @SkyUK @skyUk so I'm without internet all week and weekend when my wife works from home. For the record she does care work for the disabled. Absolutely disgusting and I am pissed!! Will be cancelling our service of what I pay well over £100 a month if this isn't resolved quicker!

    Picture quality on sky sports+ is dreadful, pixelating every 30 seconds and stopping intermittently. It's alright showing 1500 games this year but if it means this quality then don't bother. New front menu is awful as well. @SkySports
