It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back
