Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

@SkyHelpTeam day 2 of intermittent broadband and Sky Glass. No TV since Xmas Eve. I have reset everything and the tv freezes then pushes me out to the menu. Can’t even stream music. Is there a local issue? Your app says “everything good” my Speedtest app tells me differently!
