    @SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    @Brycey1986 @SkyHelpTeam The mini doesn’t get the TV channels from your broadband so Ethernet or wifi doesn’t matter. It’s all about the connection between Mini and main Q box as they use their own mesh network. You would benefit from a booster halfway between the two.
