Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box as well contact when runs out in 2023?

@SkyHelpTeam Some people can't even complete the connection test. So how does that work then? If you have to rely on people telling you that stuff is broken to recognise it as broken rather than having some sort of automatic system, then what's the point?
