@SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box as well contact when runs out in 2023?

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband is OK now, I think when there’s a widely reported outage in many parts, not just the ones you mentioned, firing out pasted replies isn’t the best thing to do. If you read online of many others in your area with the same problem it’s obvious there’s an issue.
