@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam As I work from home what matters to me is no drop in connection so I care more about those issues as it's pointless having upto 35mbps when I rarely get that even if the house receives it. I requested on my first order a WiFi booster but it never was installed

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m new to sky mobile but I’m having trouble with my data connection. When I leave the house and walk into town I have full bars and 4g signal but it refuses to connect. Can’t play songs on Spotify or look at Instagram. I get a no internet connection banner.
