    @SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

    Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

    @lcfcfan8416 @SkyUK Just look on the Sky forums. People are experiencing anywhere between 45 and 70 second delays. Sky's infrastructure for this stuff is awful. I would know having been a software engineer for them..

    @SkyHelpTeam Ongoing issues - as you will know from tweets and your on line help forum, with download failures on Sky + HD. Useless talking to your customer service team, so what does a paying customer need to do to get a positive resolution?
