@SkyHelpTeam @SHingston I have these problems as well. Still no improvement and the various online tests all come back OK. Took me 10 hours to download a programme yesterday and my Netflix keeps buffering.

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

Continued @SkyUK if I leave you and join talk talk I can save £11 for a better fibre broadband speed or virgin or Vodafone etc as we’ve just had cityfibre cables installed in the area. Now what is really surprising is if I were a new sky customer my broadband would be £11 cheaper
