It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out
