Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but it’s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

@SkyHelpTeam I think you've enough info to look into it. Plenty of people telling you the same thing. Here's some more help, turn off "Connect to Sky Q Box" and stream from the Internet and it's fine. I'm not wasting my life on your phone support system. Get your dev team to be proactive.
