Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

@SkyHelpTeam @TheKenny_Ant This has been going on for weeks, tried everything that’s recommended but the problem is with the channel or app. There’s an advert for workday that’s been inserted at the start if the stream and offsets the audio by the length of the advert. Please sort this out. It’s a joke.
