Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

This can taken couple of times a day. By the time I got through to anyone out would be back online most likely
