    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for stopping my internet with immediate effect, despite confirming my service would continue until 14/01/21 via web-chat only yesterday. Funny one way street this ‘notice period’ I suggest you reinstate it immediately.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spent quite a bit of time yesterday with someone and even your app is saying I have a problem! But rather than get so many people doing this, Sky should be insisting Openreach confirm there is a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, do you have any update on the widespread download issue on Sky Q please? I’ve had a soft reset, hard reset, engineers visit, and my setting changed remotely and ‘signal resent’ twice. Each time I am told the problem will resolve. This has been off for 7 days.

    @thepr1ce1 @AlexKilley1 @SkySports He's saying jumping up with your arm in the air to block a shot/cross is asking for trouble. Ironically the one where the defender leans into the ball and deflects it with his arm wasn't given because his arms were by his side was a stone waller. Lets face it Moss is a **** ref

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said I have anxiety about making calls on the phone and I have previously informed your customer service of this and was told I can do everything online, this apparently is a lie, the engineer will turn up and no-one will be there that’s your problem, I have informed you.

    @SkyHelpTeam … & both advisors struggled to book the openreach engineer too, the second promised he’d take ownership of my issue & scheduled me a callback for 1600hrs today whereby he said the booking system for openreach would be working again. I’m still waiting for that call. It’s now 1845
