    @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I got a new HDR Sky Q box this year to replace existing Sky Q box). There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

    @androofrench @EFL @SkySports your supporter/ticket number should allow you to log into a stream, once your barcode scans into the stadium you get kicked meaning you couldn't pass the code on, but if for some crappy last min reason you can't go then you could still watch e.g. you break down en route

He's under consideration, with Michael Carrick also mentioned. Permanent options include Oliver Glasner.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports It's been fantastic to have all these midweek games live, almost justifies the monthly bill. Note "almost". Feel you could make savings on @SkySportsNews though, that's awful. Maybe just get rid? Certainly go back to how it was. But live football - v good.
