Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband is still down. We called this morning and was told an engineer isn’t available until Monday. The engineer always comes, checks everything is fine and calls back to Sky, then it all of a sudden works. It’s such bad service that it dropped out yesterday until Monday
