@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

In an area with poor internet connection of 0.39m on a good day, @SkyHelpTeam has confirmed that their engineer can’t buy a longer ladder so they won’t connect the property even though there is a good dish in place with signal 😔 @rupertmurdoch #ruralconnectivity

We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

Fed up of @skytv not working! However because I work Mon-Fri I can only get an engineer out at the weekend so need to pay for that privilege. @SkyHelpTeam can I ask again, as I asked before why people who work mon-fri and can't just "take a day off" during the week are penalised!
